Turkey Spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 2 lb. Pkg ground turkey
2 tsp. Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Salt for pasta water and to cook turkey
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp. Garlic powder
Dash of paprika
3-5 slices of Red and yellow bell peppers and onions (You can use dried minced onions)
1 pkg. of pasta of your choosing.  I used linguine fini.
1 jar of pasta sauce of your choosing

I encourage you to do as much as you can at the same time when cooking Spaghetti.

Cook time: 30-45 minutes

Starters:
Boil your water for the pasta. Add salt. (When the turkey is almost done,  add the pasta to the boiling water.)

Steps for the turkey: Cook the turkey in a saucepan or skillet.  Add 1/2 cup of water and dash of salt to cook ground turkey in because turkey is very lean and you need to add liquid. Water will do. You can also add chicken broth. Once the meat is cooked, add in your veggies.  Let them get al dente and then add the pasta sauce and spices.  Let the mixture simmer on medium heat until the  seasonings have been mixed through and flavors have melded. Taste and add seasoning to taste.

Your pasta should be drained of the water in a colander or over the sink with a large spoon with slots for draining. Time to plate!

Serve the dish with some parsley or parmesan on top with bread, garlic bread, fresh vegetables,  etc.

Enjoy! Happy Quick Eats!
